Moreover, students can tap into 20 specialized training tracks centered around high-demand technological fields. This collaboration presents a myriad of advantages: Cost-Free Learning: All expenses related to courses and study materials are completely waived, enabling enrolled students to access the full range of resources without any financial burden. Flexible Online Availability: With round-the-clock online availability, these courses are designed to seamlessly integrate into students’ existing commitments. The self-paced structure accommodates various schedules, offering convenient on-ramps and off-ramps for learning. This program is self-guided, requiring individuals to be self-motivated and responsible for all their work. Certification Exam Reimbursement: Upon successfully completing an industry-recognized certification exam, the cost of one exam is eligible for reimbursement. I completed the coursework on the Pluralsight platform and passed (on my first try) the CompTIA Security+ exam. Currently, I am interviewing for jobs and the certification on my resume has helped me get interviews. The Learn and Work in Utah program is a great program and well worth investing in as it will improve your career options, salary, or ability to be successful in your current job. - K.C. It was not easy when life is hectic with a full-time job. I finally got my CompTIA Security+ certification with the help of this program.
